Seton Hall Law Review

Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The Seton Hall Law Review is now closed for submissions for Volume 57. We appreciate the time and effort that authors put into their work and thank you for your submissions. We will reopen for submissions in Spring 2027.

For Authors

The Seton Hall Law Review publishes five issues in each volume, and will consider unsolicited manuscripts for publication. Submissions can be submitted electronically through Scholastica. Manuscripts must be typed, double spaced, and in Microsoft Word format, with footnotes rather than endnotes. Authors must also include a copy of their current resume or curriculum vitae.

Expedite requests are not guaranteed a response, but we will do our best to accommodate.
